  • What can you expect when you first walk into a Body & Soul class? Besides a bunch of smiling and friendly faces, you’ll find: A rigorous workout – all of our programs are guaranteed to challenge and strengthen you. Instructors will show modifications so that every student can work at their own level. At the same time, instructors will inspire you and push you to do more than you ever thought you could! Soul enrichment – the “soul” component varies from class to class. Sometimes it is a brief prayer, at other times it is a question or a thought-provoking quote that stimulates discussion. At every class, however, the upbeat contemporary Christian music motivates and uplifts the spirit. Friendships – In contrast to classes at some facilities where you enter the room, work out, and leave, without talking to a single person, in Body & Soul you will form lasting friendships with other students and with the instructor. This personal connection is one of the distinctives of our classes. Women of all stages and ages are welcome in Body & Soul classes.

  • Our mission is to be women who, by doing life together, lift each other up and grow in our wisdom of the Bible so that we might offer faithful instruction to all those with whom we come into contact.  We welcome women of all ages and backgrounds, those who are seeking to grow in their faith and are looking for opportunities to encourage and be encouraged by other Christian women. Join us for our current study, by Paul David Tripp, “ Instruments in the Redeemer's Hands: People in Need of Change Helping People in Need of Change”. In many ways, the church today has more consumers than committed participants. We see church merely as an event we attend or an organization we belong to, rather than as a calling that shapes our entire life. Many of us would be relieved if God had placed our sanctification in the hands of trained professionals, but that simply is not the biblical model. God’s plan is that through the faithful ministry of every part, the whole body will grow to maturity in Christ.

  • All adults are welcome to join us on Sunday mornings as we study the Book of Hosea. Hosea is a small book with a big message! Have you ever wondered what God thinks about believers when they wander away from Him? Hosea gives us a dramatic illustration of God's faithfulness and love toward us, even when we do things that we shouldn't do. Hosea also teaches us how God wants us to act when someone hurts us. The message of Hosea helps us to better appreciate the unfathomable love that Jesus extends to each of us and the radical nature of what He did for all of us on the cross.
